EinbürgerungsApp: official questions as a guided learning service

A live service that turns the German naturalization question bank into practice, topic rooms, review and exam simulation.

Publicly available software with a working user journey.

Einbürgerung Sprint home asking what to do next, with practice, exam, modules, review and progress.
Next-action home. Learners pick practice, exam, modules or review instead of hunting through PDFs.

Problem

Official questions, answers, topics and exam rules otherwise sit in separate documents and sites. Learners have to assemble a study path by hand.

Users

People preparing for the German naturalization test.

Current solution

One web application with a quiz-first home, practice modes, open topic rooms, review, local progress and an exam intro that follows the 33 / 60 / 17 format.

Workflow

Verified questions and answers are stored structurally. Learners choose practice, a topic, review or exam simulation. Progress is stored on the device. The product states that it is not affiliated with BAMF or official exam bodies.

  1. 01

Choose the next action on the home dashboard

  2. 02

Practise in timed or short runs

  3. 03

    Study an open topic room

  4. 04

Simulate the exam format before a full sitting

Product experience

Learning-module grid for the citizenship test with question counts and open access.
Open topic modules. Civic topics are available immediately, each with a verified question count.
Exam simulation screen with 33 questions, 60 minutes, pass from 17 and a federal-state selector.
Exam simulation. The intro matches the real format: 33 questions, 60 minutes, pass from 17, federal-state selector.
Practice page with timed sprint and short, mid and marathon question runs.
Practice intensity. The same question bank supports a 60-second sprint, short runs and a longer marathon.

What exists today

The learning product is live at einbuergerung.webbylon.com with practice, modules, review and exam-intro routes.

A complete learner journey from official source material to a guided service, including a non-affiliation disclaimer.

Next milestone

Signed-in cloud progress is not shipped. Public usage figures are not published here.

Account-backed progress and clearer exam-readiness reporting — only after they actually ship.

Evidence

  • Live application at https://einbuergerung.webbylon.com/
  • Screenshots captured from the canonical local application on 2026-08-19
  • Product documentation and a documented Docker production path exist in the application repository

Commercial opportunity

A public-service learning product in a defined German-language need. No revenue or user counts are stated on this page.

Reusable capabilities

  • Structuring official source material into a learner workflow
  • Topic models, review queues and exam constraints as product rules
  • Clear responsibility boundaries on a public service

Current limitations

  • Progress is local to the browser, not a user account
  • The application is not an AI product
  • Usage metrics are not published

What this shows about Webbylon

Webbylon can convert official, sensitive source material into a public digital service with honest limits.

Investment relevance

Shows that Webbylon can take high-stakes source material and ship a live service with explicit legal boundaries.

Keep the BAMF non-affiliation wording on every public mention.

Implementation note

  • Next.js learning application with a PostgreSQL question bank
  • Answers are harvested and verified — not guessed
  • Production path documented for Docker / reverse-proxy hosting
